John is an amazing painting contractor. I have several properties that John helps me with. He is knowledgeable, experienced and skilled in his trade. John is always responsive when I reach out and is very accommodating with both my schedule and my budget. I had a tenant move out unexpectedly on a Friday and John was able to come in and paint the unit so I was able to list in on that following Monday. And as always, did an excellent job.
